Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for 'Mignon Joy' coaching.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request a minimum of *48 hours notice.

 

No-shows & late arrival.

A *100% cancellation fee Will be charged if you do not show up for your appointment. 

This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to myself. 

As a courtesy to everyone, I thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled appointment. For example, if you are 10 minute late for a 45 minute session, you will have 35 minutes remaining for your session.

 

Cancelling Your Plan.

There are no ‘lock-in’ periods for plans, you are free to cancel at any time. Monthly plans are charged once a month (billing period). If you need to or choose to cancel part way through a month, you will still have access to how ever many remaining sessions there are for that billing period. 

For plans and programs that include an International Coaching Institute (ICI) affiliate program, a minimum amount of $499 (four hundred and ninety nine dollars) is payable to cover the cost of the program. Access to the ICI program is for 12 months. Any group and/or one-on-one coaching fees that have been paid for a billing period will be available to use for that billing period.

 

If I’m late for the appointment.

I respect and value your time and commitment. I will do everything within my power to attend every appointment promptly and fully prepared to help you with your coaching journey. If for some unavoidable reason (ie. family emergency, internet interruption, computer failure ...) I am unable to keep the appointment, I will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your appointment at no cost to you. 

 

Cancellation of services by me.

I reserve the right to cancel my services to an individual or group any time and for any reason. In the event I cancel, any remaining pre booked sessions will be cancelled and the cost of these un-used sessions will be refunded at my earliest convenience.

 

* I understand that at times we can experience unexpected upheavals and even tragedies in life. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an unexpected upheaval in your life, please contact me. I am happy to work with you to either reschedule your appointment or refund fees for mitigating circumstances. Refunds will be offered at my discretion.
