Already created something in Canva but it’s not quite hitting the mark? My Glow-Up service takes your existing design and gives it a professional refresh. I’ll work on a copy of your project—whether it’s a workbook, guide, presentation, or flyer—and refine the details so it looks polished, cohesive, and ready to impress.

From tidying up formatting and layouts to making colours and fonts consistent, I’ll transform your design into something that feels on-brand and visually appealing (even if you don’t have a brand kit yet). Think of it as a subtle but powerful makeover: keeping your content intact while upgrading the look and feel to match the professional standard your work deserves.

This is perfect if your project is mostly there but just needs that extra attention to detail to shift it from “it’s okay” to “wow, that looks amazing!”

Who this is for

This service is for women who’ve already created a project in Canva but know it needs a little polish before releasing it into the world. You’ve poured your knowledge into the content, but the design feels messy, inconsistent, or “not quite ready.”

Maybe it’s an eBook, workbook, program manual, presentation, or guide that you’ve drafted but don’t have the time, energy, or desire to make it look professional. That’s where I come in. With a designer’s eye and a knack for details, I’ll tidy it up so you can feel confident sharing it with your audience.

This service is especially helpful if:

You want your project to align with your brand style (even if you don’t have a brand kit yet).
You’re too busy to fuss over formatting but want something that looks polished.
You’d rather focus on your zone of genius while I take care of the design details.

How it works

Access – You’ll give me edit access to a COPY of your Canva project within your own Canva account (I’ll provide simple instructions if you need help). Don’t worry — your content stays safe and remains fully yours.
Glow-Up – I’ll take your existing design and refine it for clarity, flow, and visual impact. I don’t touch your core content, just the formatting, layout, and design details that bring it to life.
Review & Revise – You’ll check the refreshed version and let me know what changes you’d like. Two rounds of revisions are included, so you’ll have plenty of input.
Delivery – Once finalised, the polished project is yours, ready to share with your clients, customers, or audience.

Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on size, complexity, and my availability.

What’s included

Tidy up of formatting and spacing
Consistency in font styles and sizes across the whole document
Alignment with your brand colours (or suggested colour/fonts if no brand kit is available)
Adding or rearranging images and elements for better flow (using yours or Canva stock)
Suggestions for page order or layout improvements if helpful
Optional feature elements such as an index page with clickable chapter links, or charts/tables for clarity.

🚫 What’s not included

Proofreading or editing text for spelling/grammar
Images, fonts, or elements not available natively in Canva
Full re-writes of content (this service focuses on design, not copy)

Ownership note: all projects remain in your Canva account, so you’ll always retain full control and access for future use.

$250 – up to 20 pages
$600 – up to 50 pages
$1,000 – up to 100 pages

Over 100 pages – custom quote (hourly rate $40/hr)

A 50% deposit is required for all projects.

For projects 100+ pages, progress payments may be required.
